Social Responsibility

At Sanovel, we draw strength from the country where we were founded and have grown, placing social value at the heart of everything we do through our corporate social responsibility initiatives. Every step we take is guided by a strong sense of responsibility toward society and the world. We strive to ensure that our actions create meaningful value for our employees, our communities and future generations, while delivering the greatest possible social impact.

Our social responsibility strategy is built around three key focus areas: Health, Community Impact, Environment.

At Sanovel, we work to promote lifelong health in communities.

As Sanovel employees, we donated our steps to the Turkey SMA Foundation, bringing hope to individuals with SMA affected by the earthquake. As part of our partnership with the Turkey Spastic Children’s Foundation, we have taken on the long-term treatment costs for eight children with disabilities affected by the Kahramanmaraş earthquake.

• The “Mentoring Project
  for 102 Girls” in the 102nd Year of the Republic We are proud to launch a meaningful project dedicated to the 102nd year of the Republic, in line with the shared value of continuous development held by both Sanovel and the Republic. To stand by our youth and support the development of students who wish to move forward with confidence on their leadership journey, we provided professional coaching support to 102 female students in the 102nd year of our Republic.
  The 102 female university students participating in our program received one-on-one professional coaching from Sanovel’s female leaders, who had completed foundational coaching training at Adler Central Europe. Throughout the process, we supported our students in discovering their potential, clarifying their career goals, identifying their strengths and areas for growth, and demonstrating their leadership skills. Meanwhile, our Sanovel in-house coaches had the opportunity to strengthen their leadership and coaching competencies by volunteering in this significant social responsibility project.

At Sanovel, we conduct our operations with a focus on social benefit and sustainability.

As part of our recycling efforts, we collect plastic caps with the participation of our employees and deliver them to the Turkish Spinal Cord Injury Association, thereby contributing to both the environment and social solidarity.In 2025, by recycling approximately 400 kg of plastic caps, we helped provide 7 wheelchairs and, together, contributed to a more accessible future.

At Sanovel, we view the efficient use of resources and leaving a more livable world for future generations as part of our responsibility.

While recycling our electronic waste, we also prioritize contributing to education. As part of this effort, we collect unusable electronic devices from our Information Technology department along with electronic waste brought in by our employees from their homes and donate them to the Turkey Education Volunteers Foundation.In 2025, we were delighted to support our children’s education by recycling a total of 860 kg of electronic waste.

At Sanovel, we conduct our operations with the health of our planet in mind.

As part of Doctors’ Day on March 14 and Pharmacists’ Day on May 14, under the slogan “It’s the Perfect Time to Support Nature,” we partnered with Ecording to gift seed balls to our valued doctors and pharmacists, and we supported nature by dropping our seed balls in regions affected by wildfires using ecoDrone technology.
