NOTICE REGARDING THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW
Dear visitors and employees, your personal data— consisting of video footage recorded by security cameras used to ensure physical security at our main campus or facilities during your visit—is processed and transferred by the data controller, Sanovel İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Company”), for the purposes and within the scope specified below.
Processing of Your Personal Data, Purposes of Processing, and Legal Grounds
Your personal data derived from security camera recordings, is processed based on the data controller’s legitimate interests, as provided for in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (f) of the Personal Data Protection Law no.6698, for the purposes of ensuring facility security, monitoring the production line, and ensuring your safety and/or product safety during your visit to the Company’s facilities, provided that such processing does not infringe upon the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Transfer of Your Personal Data, Recipient Groups, and Purpose of Transfer
The data you provide to the Company may be shared with other official institutions and organizations to fulfill a legal obligation or to establish a legal right.
Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data
The personal data mentioned above is collected through security camera recordings made upon your entry into the Company’s premises and is processed within the scope of the purposes and legal grounds specified above.
Your Rights
Under the legislation regarding the protection of personal data, to exercise your rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law no.6698 (KVKK), in accordance with the “Communication on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller”;

kvkk@sanovel.com.tr by sending an email from the email address you previously provided to the Company and which is registered in the Company’s system, or
sanovelilac@hs03.kep.tr by sending a message from your registered email address to the Company’s registered email address.
If your request incurs an additional cost, you may be required to pay the fee set forth in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
